Job Details: Black Family Development, Inc.’s administrative office has a positon open for a full time Secretary/Receptionist that possesses exceptional customer service skills, a professional telephone manner, excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. This candidate must be able to perform secretarial task such as; typing, photocopying, forms completion, calendar management, data entry, filing, and supply ordering. This candidate must minimally have 3 – 4 of years’ experience. This candidate must be able to greet and direct agency visitors and consumers to their appointed staff person and will be responsible for answering the telephone in a timely manner, directing calls to the appropriate person, take accurate messages and scheduling the conference rooms. This candidate must also type at least 45-50 wpm. This candidate must have a working knowledge of software programs, which include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
